9 AM – Walk Begins
Each year, families, friends, staff, and community partners form teams to honor our children’s remarkable efforts. Together, we walk or roll along Waterfront Park’s scenic one-mile path, symbolizing our commitment to supporting their journey.
Following the walk, the festivities continue at the Big Four Lawn with games, food, interactive activities, and more. It’s a day filled with joy, laughter, and fun for the whole family!
Over 300 walkers and rollers come together, not just to walk, but to raise funds and support Kids Center’s mission to provide access to transformative therapies, regardless of a family’s financial capacity to afford the full cost of care.
Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of these critical therapies, leaving a funding gap of about $2,000 per child each year.
Become part of a larger effort to empower children with physical, behavioral, and intellectual challenges. Together, we can bridge the gap between state and insurance funding, ensuring no child is turned away. Your support is an investment in the future of our community!
