Charitable gifts can be applied to reduce the size of their taxable estate, which may be especially useful in helping minimize federal estate taxes.
By including a gift in your estate, you’ll help improve the lives of our patients while also providing for the financial well-being of your family.
If you wish to leave a meaningful legacy, here are two ideas to get started.
1) Name Kids Center as a beneficiary on your IRA.
This arrangement is one of the most tax-smart ways to support Kids Center after your lifetime. When you leave your retirement plan assets to us, we bypass any taxes and receive the full amount.
2) Include Kids Center in your will or living trust.
This gift can be made by including this one sentence in your will or living trust:
I give, devise and bequeath to the CEREBRAL PALSY KIDS CENTER (a specific dollar amount or percentage) of my estate to be used for the benefit of the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies as the agency may determine.
Your gift can be modified throughout your lifetime as circumstances change. And our development team can work with you to personalize a plan that fits your interests.
If you include Kids Center in your will, please use our legal name and federal tax ID.
Legal Name: Cerebral Palsy Kids Center
Federal Tax ID: 61-0492378
Address: 982 Eastern Parkway, Louisville, KY 40217
Have you already included Kids Center in your will?
If so, thank you! Please notify us so we may welcome you as a member of our legacy society.
